VTP Tranexpo took part in the construction of one of the most ambitious and successful commercial real estate projects in Ukraine – 101 Tower Business Center (BC 101 Tower, at the address: 57, Lev Tolstoy Str., Kyiv, with a total area of about 61.8 thousand square meters.
101 Tower is an A-class business-center in Kyiv, that provides the highest class service for the tenants and quests of the Complex.
Design and technological solutions of the fire protection systems implemented at this facility comply with the most modern international standards and requirements for facilities of this type taking into account technical and operational characteristics.
Design and integration of installation solutions required an individual approach to different parts of the facility, because in addition to modern office premises, the business center includes premises of various types and purposes, such as: multi-level parking, fitness center, conference complex, beauty salon, cafes and restaurants. Our company has successfully completed the tasks set by the Investor.
We acted as a Contractor for fire protection systems and performed a set of design, installation and commissioning works for the following systems:
- Automatic fire alarm system;
- Public address and evacuation management system;
- Sprinkler automatic fire extinguishing system;
- Fire protection dispatching;
- Building management system (BMS).
